I was feeding these birds on the beach, holding a camera in the other hand and snapping photos. I painted these later in my studio. The painting is titled Impervious because they seem so free and unaffected. It was a beautiful day!
Born and raised in Vicksburg, MS, currently living in Starkville, MS. Professional artist, past adjunct professor at Mississippi College, and Wayland Baptist University at the Kenya Campus.
